Hyaluronic Acid

The art of hydration.

Hyaluronic acid is a humectant: an ingredient that attracts and binds water. Applied to the skin, it helps the surface hold on to moisture, so skin feels more hydrated and looks smoother and plumper.

It occurs naturally in the skin, and in formulas it is often listed as sodium hyaluronate. Like all hydration, its effect is temporary, which is why it belongs in a daily ritual.
