Gouem Method began with my own skin.
Living with polluted air and poor water quality, my skin was always reacting: dry, irritated, never quite settled. The products I reached for to help only seemed to add to the problem, with long ingredient lists and far more than my skin needed.
So I started again. Fewer products. Fewer, carefully chosen ingredients. A simple routine I could keep to every day. Slowly, caring for my skin stopped feeling like a battle and started to feel like a ritual.
That is the idea behind Gouem Method.
The name
Gouem comes from the French word engouement: an infatuation, a passion for something. For us, it means falling back in love with yourself, and taking a few quiet minutes each day that are only for you.
Our method

What goes into our products
Many of our formulas are COSMOS NATURAL or COSMOS ORGANIC certified by Ecocert Greenlife. Every product page tells you the key ingredients, who it is for and how to use it, so you can choose with confidence.
